Since 2015, BRX Performance has established itself as an industry-leading baseball performance facility. Originally occupying 1,800 sq ft, we expanded to a 12,000 sq ft facility within just one year. Just like our athletes, we push ourselves to reach our potential and are actively seeking talented individuals to join us in our mission: to deliver world-class training and experiences - for athletes AND coaches.

What We Are Looking For:
- Evidence and experience working within the baseball community
- Someone who desires a full-time role (or in the case of our internship program, the opportunity to earn it)
- Positive, high-energy personality who enjoys a social atmosphere
- An effective communicator, and solution-oriented problem solver
- Desire to work with a wide clientele - 13-18 year-old athletes, collegiate athletes and professional athletes.
