Step 1: Assessment Call
Individualizing a program begins with uncovering an athlete's deficits, which is the purpose of the “Virtual Assessment” (Zoom). Before the call, you’ll complete a series of mobility tests, and then after a brief discussion about goals, training experience, and equipment availability, we'll share our analysis of the tests to uncover areas of your body that need to be addressed. The data we gather from the assessment allows us to build an individualized program that you'll use at your gym of choice!
Step 2: Onboarding Call
The “real” training now begins with a single Onboarding Call held over Zoom. During this 60‑minute call, we’ll follow a clear structure: 1) Discussion 2) Program Walkthrough 3) Supervised Execution of the Drills. By the end, you’ll know exactly how to follow your remote program, perform each drill correctly, and what to expect for ongoing support and communication.
Step 3: Weekly Coaching
The support doesn’t end after onboarding; you’ll be paired with a dedicated BRX performance specialist who’s in your corner every week, holding you accountable and keeping you on track. They’ll build and update both your strength and throwing programs, provide unlimited weekly messaging support, and give you detailed form critiques from the training videos you send in, so you can see progress month after month.

FAQ
What is the Investment?
Our training packages are tailored to your goals and what you want from your BRX experience. Most athletes choose an option that’s similar in investment to other performance training facilities. To explore the best fit for you with a BRX coach, fill out the form at the top of this page and we’ll email you your next steps.
How can I see my son/daughters progress?
You have two options,: 1) Attend a local showcase (PBR or Perfect Game) to get "baseline" measurables; 2) We can mail out a reassessment kit (radar, tripod, etc) for athletes to take their own baseline numbers. so that we can make a comparison as you progress through your BRX Program.
Who will be working with my son/daughter?
Each athlete is assigned a highly-skilled, certified BRX performance specialist who provides individualized strength training and throwing programs, accountability for follow-through, and unlimited weekly support via text/email, and video calls as needed.
Is There A Commitment?
The BRX Online Individualized Program involves a 6 or 12 month commitment due to the significant amount of work that goes into delivering a personalized experience. We are looking for serious athletes who understand that getting results is a process that takes months and years - not days and weeks.
What's covered on check-in calls?
There is a healthy mix of discussion, drill execution, and mechanical breakdowns covered on check in calls. With that said, the call agenda is fluid; if an athlete has a particular need they would like to be addressed, we'll spend as much time on it as possible.
What equipment is needed?
Athletes can execute an individualized BRX program at most common training facilities (i.e. Planet Fitness). At a bare minimum, athletes will need a barbell, squat rack, dumbbells (generally 20-80lbs), resistance bands, and a medicine ball.
